I’m partnering with a growing beverage manufacturer to appoint a Compliance & Food Safety Manager. This is a pivotal role leading site-wide compliance, food safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
The Opportunity
*Lead and own BRCGS standards, which currently sit at AA grade.
*Drive a strong food safety culture and continuous improvement, engaging with senior stakeholders.
*Oversee the site H&S, audits, and regulatory compliance in a fast-scaling environment.
*Partner cross-functionally to ensure best-in-class standards across operations.
What You’ll Bring
*Experience in food/beverage manufacturing compliance or technical roles
*Strong BRCGS knowledge (audit leadership preferred)
*Solid grasp of UK food safety legislation & risk systems
*Confident communicator with a hands-on, proactive approach
