Full job descriptionThe OpportunityWorking within a busy and collaborative recruitment function, you will support a broad range of hiring activity across both experienced hire and emerging talent programmes. This is a highly visible role that offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, candidate experience, stakeholder management, and talent development initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, candidates, and external recruitment partners, gaining hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced professional services environment.
This role is particularly well suited to someone working in HR or recruitment administration who is looking to move into a specialist recruitment career path.
Key Responsibilities*Support end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple hiring streams.
*Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
*Manage recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records.
*Assist with onboarding and induction programmes for new joiners.
*Support graduate, internship, and early careers initiatives.
*Liaise with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external recruitment partners.
*Coordinate events, recruitment activities, and talent engagement programmes.
*Prepare recruitment documentation, reports, and correspondence.
*Support wider talent acquisition and people projects as required.
About YouThis role will suit someone who brings:
*Experience within Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, Graduate Recruitment, Early Careers, or Professional Services administration.
*A genuine interest in developing a career within recruitment and talent acquisition.
*Experience working within a professional services environment is highly desirable.
*Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
*The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Good systems knowledge and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
*A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach.
