Description
The Senior Legal Counsel will be:
*Advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, including IT and technology contracts
*Supporting corporate activity, including mergers and acquisitions
*Partnering with senior stakeholders across corporate and digital functions
*Managing legal risk and ensuring compliance in a regulated environment
*Providing pragmatic, business-focused legal advice across the organisation
Profile
The Senior Legal Counsel should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE
*Experienced in commercial contracts, including IT and technology matters
*Familiar with corporate transactions, including M&A
*Comfortable working in-house or advising corporate clients in private practice
*A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
