The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, driving business development opportunities, and supporting the development of team members while ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit and advisory services
What you will be doing as an Audit Senior Manager
*Manage a varied portfolio of audit clients across a range of industries.
*Assist in the effective management and running of the audit department.
*Contribute to workflow planning and resource allocation across the team.
*Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
*Support the firm’s strategic growth objectives through business development activities.
What you will need to succeed as an Audit Senior Manager
*ACA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification.
*Strong audit experience gained within a professional practice environment.
*Experience managing a portfolio of audit clients.
*Working knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
*Experience auditing clients across a variety of industries and sectors.
*Strong technical accounting and compliance knowledge.
*Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
*Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams.
