Full job descriptionPollard Machin is seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to lead our successful residential sales team.

The Role
As Sales Manager, you will:
*Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing residential sales team
*Drive business growth and increase market share across the region
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, applicants, and key stakeholders
*Deliver exceptional customer service and outstanding sales results
*Implement effective sales strategies to maximise opportunities and revenue
