Tony Alan Recruitment currently has a new job opportunity for an Accountant to join a growing forward thinking accountancy practice based in the Brighton & Hove area on a full time, permanent contract.
This is a client-facing role focused on building relationships, providing strategic financial advice and acting as a trusted partner to business owners, rather than carrying out day-to-day bookkeeping and compliance work.
Key Duties
*Manage a portfolio of clients and act as their main point of contact
*Build strong relationships and provide commercial financial advice
*Review and discuss management accounts, identifying opportunities and risks
*Lead quarterly and annual planning discussions
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent client service
*Monitor client accounts, renewals and engagement
Key Requirements
*ACA or ACCA qualified (preferred or at final stages)
*Previous accountancy practice experience in a client-facing role
*Strong relationship-building and communication skills
*Experience reviewing management accounts
