A specialist insurance organisation is seeking a Junior Data Technician / BDX Technician to join its operations team.
This role supports the processing, validation, and reporting of underwriting and claims data, with a strong focus on bordereaux management and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
*Process and validate bordereaux data from brokers and partners
*Identify and resolve data discrepancies
*Maintain accurate data in internal systems
*Support reporting, MI production, and month-end activities
*Assist with data cleansing and process improvements
Requirements
*12–18 months’ experience in data, insurance operations, or bordereaux
*Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work with large datasets
*Organised, analytical, and proactive
Experience in an MGA, Lloyd’s, or delegated authority environment is advantageous.
