Job Description:
Full job descriptionA highly regarded private individual is seeking a polished, proactive Personal Assistant to join a small, close-knit team and provide comprehensive support across his private life.
This is a role for someone who has already proven themselves , perhaps in a demanding PA or EA position, and is ready to take on something more expansive. You will become a trusted extension of the principal, managing a broad and varied remit with discretion, precision and good humour. No two days will look the same.
The role:
• Complex diary and travel coordination, including international trips
• Inbox and communications management
• Oversight of an international property portfolio
• Detailed scheduling across medical, social, dining and entertainment commitments
• Management of gifts, anniversaries and family occasions
• Liaison with household staff and personal service providers
• Ad hoc personal support for the wider family
Requirements:
• A degree or equivalent strong academic foundation
• Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced, high-expectation PA or EA role
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Meticulous attention to detail and high personal standards
• Emotional intelligence and the ability to read a room
• Resilience, calm under pressure and a genuine sense of humour
• Full flexibility for international travel as required
This is a 5-day, in-office role based in Central London.
Salary: circa £100,000
