We are seeking a Mobile Caretaker to cover various sites within the London Borough of Redbridge. This role includes a company vehicle, making it ideal for individuals with a valid UK driving licence who are ready to manage multiple properties efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Travel between sites within the London Borough of Redbridge, ensuring properties are well-maintained and secure.
*Perform routine checks and basic maintenance tasks at each site.
*Report any significant issues to the management team to ensure timely resolutions.
*Maintain a clean and safe environment across all properties.
*Interact with residents and address their caretaking concerns promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Must possess a valid UK driving licence.
*Experience in a estate services caretaking or similar role is essential.
*Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks.
*Must provide own work trousers and safety workwear, including steel toe cap boots.
*A basic DBS check is required to ensure the safety and security of all residents.
