Working alongside a multi-award-winning Head Chef, you’ll gain invaluable experience in a professional kitchen known for its exceptional food, creative menus, and commitment to using the finest seasonal ingredients.
This role is ideal for a motivated chef who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and progress within a quality-driven environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Running your own section during service
*Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
*Working across different sections of the kitchen to broaden your experience
*Assisting with menu preparation and daily kitchen operations
*Maintaining excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards
*Supporting the wider kitchen team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, or strong Commis Chef
*Experience within a Rosette, fine dining, hotel, or quality fresh-food environment
*Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and modern cooking techniques
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*Catering qualifications (NVQ or equivalent) beneficial but not essential
