CTR Select is recruiting a Sales Operations Executive on behalf of their client based in Ascot, Berkshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to support a busy Sales and Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sales administration, CRM management, reporting, forecasting, and commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team.
*Prepare quotations, pricing requests, proposals, and sales documentation.
*Maintain accurate customer and sales records within the CRM system.
*Produce sales reports, forecasts, and management information.
*Support CRM administration, user queries, and data quality initiatives.
*Coordinate sales meetings, travel arrangements, and team activities.
*Work closely with internal departments to ensure efficient sales processes and excellent customer service.
*Assist with process improvements and operational projects.
Required Skills and Experience
*Experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Sales Operations, or a similar commercial support role.
*Strong CRM and Microsoft Excel skills.
*Experience producing reports and analysing sales data.
*Excellent organisational and communication skills.
*High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*Proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
