Job Description:
Full job descriptionNewstaff Employment is recruiting for an experienced Secretary to work on a part time basis for our prestigious Luton based client.
The requirement is for 3 days per week, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9 am - 5.30 pm.
Main Tasks:
*Typing up documents as instructed by the department manager
*Liaising with colleagues as required both in person and on the phone
*All general admin and secretarial tasks
Requirements
*A minimum of 1-2 years secretarial experience is required
*Secretarial experience within legal service and ideally within Private Client is desirable
*Must have strong typing skills (minimum 50 wpm)
*A good Ievel of IT literacy is required
Salary £26,000 pa to £27,500 pa (pro rata) + an excellent benefits package
