Key Responsibilities:
*Manage property compliance (Gas, EICR, EPC, Fire Safety)
*Track certification deadlines and arrange inspections
*Coordinate contractors and remedial works
*Maintain accurate, audit-ready records
*Ensure all properties meet current regulations
What we’re looking for:
*Property experience (compliance or management)
*Strong attention to detail and organisation
*Comfortable working with data and systems
