An excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to step into a Senior role with increased responsibility and portfolio ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a residential property portfolio
*Oversee maintenance, compliance and inspections
*Build strong relationships with landlords
*Support and mentor junior team members
*Assist with budgeting and performance oversight
What we’re looking for:
*Strong property management experience
*Confident handling of complex portfolios
*Leadership or mentoring experience is desirable
