This is a varied role where you will play a key part in supporting service delivery operations, maintaining accurate data, producing reports, and ensuring customers receive an exceptional level of service.
Key Responsibilities
*Supporting the Service Delivery team with day-to-day administration
*Maintaining and updating customer and operational data
*Producing reports and analysing information using Excel
*Monitoring service performance and KPI data
*Coordinating customer requests and ensuring timely resolution
*Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
*Managing documentation, records, and system updates
*Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
Requirements
*Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
*Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation and reporting
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
*Confident working with systems, data, and reporting tools
