A well-established and growing lettings business in Edinburgh is looking for a Property Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with property experience looking to manage their own portfolio and develop long-term within a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage a portfolio of residential properties
*Act as main contact for landlords and tenants
*Coordinate maintenance and repairs
*Carry out property inspections
*Ensure compliance and legal standards are met

*Previous property management or lettings experience
*Strong organisation and communication skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities
