The Opportunity As Lettings Manager, you will take full ownership of the lettings department, overseeing business generation, landlord acquisition, team performance, and overall profitability.

Working closely with the Directors, you will help shape the future growth of the business, drive market share, and ensure exceptional levels of customer service are delivered throughout the lettings process.

This role combines hands-on business generation with leadership responsibilities, making it ideal for a motivated property professional who thrives in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities *Lead, motivate, and develop the lettings team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
*Generate new landlord instructions and grow the managed and let-only portfolio.
*Conduct market appraisals and secure new business opportunities.
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and applicants.
*Drive departmental revenue, profitability, and market share.
*Monitor team KPIs and provide ongoing coaching and support.
*Ensure a consistently high level of customer service throughout the lettings journey.
*Work closely with Property Management and Operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
*Stay informed of local market conditions and competitor activity.
*Ensure compliance with all current lettings legislation and company procedures.
The Ideal Candidate Our client is seeking a confident, commercially minded individual with a proven track record within residential lettings.
You will have:
*Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager, or Senior Lettings Negotiator.
*A strong record of winning instructions and generating new business.
*Excellent knowledge of the residential lettings market.
*Strong leadership and team development skills.
*Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
*A target-driven mindset with a passion for delivering results.
*Good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
*Full UK driving licence.
