Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to EYFS and KS1 learners with SEN
*Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
*Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
*Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals
*Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies accordingly
*Build strong relationships with parents and carers
The Ideal Candidate
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching in EYFS/KS1 (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
*A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Commitment to inclusive education and child development
