Full job descriptionOur client, a highly successful and well-established estate agency in Richmond, is looking to recruit an ambitious and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their busy and high-performing sales team.

The Opportunity As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating viewings, securing offers, progressing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process.

Key Responsibilities *Register and qualify buyers.
*Arrange and conduct property viewings.
*Generate offers and negotiate sales between buyers and vendors.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with applicants, vendors, and prospective clients.
*Prospect for new business opportunities and generate valuation appointments.
*Progress agreed sales through to completion.
*Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.
*Ensure CRM systems and records are kept up to date.
*Work towards and exceed individual and office performance targets.
*Deliver exceptional levels of customer service at all times.
The Ideal Candidate Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and commercially minded individual who is passionate about property and enjoys working in a customer-facing sales environment.
You will have:
*Previous experience within estate agency sales (preferred).
*A proven ability to build rapport and develop client relationships.
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*A proactive and positive attitude.
*The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
*Professional presentation and a strong work ethic.
*Full UK driving licence.
