About the Role
Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Night Operations Coordinator to join their busy Gloucester Control Room. This is a central role within the operation, acting as the data hub for the wider warehouse network and supporting multiple depots across the UK.
You’ll play a key part in driving performance through data, supporting operational teams, and helping maintain a consistent, high-performing culture using best-in-class operational practices.
Full training will be provided on all internal systems – no prior knowledge required.
Key Responsibilities
*Produce and analyse daily and weekly productivity data across the network
*Monitor system compliance for up to 15 sites
*Support operational teams with system and equipment queries
*Communicate effectively with depots via phone, Microsoft Teams, and email
*Assist with administrative duties within the Gloucester operation
*Contribute to KPI reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
*Work closely with teams at all levels of the operation
Essential Skills & Experience
*Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
*Excellent problem-solving ability
*Confident communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong organisational and workload management skills
*Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
*Flexibility to cover different shift patterns when require
Desirable (but not essential)
*Knowledge of OMS (Operations Management Systems)
*Experience with productivity reporting or data analysis
*System-based operational experience
