Location: Village near Andover, Hampshire
Salary: £36,000 – £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week

The OpportunityAs our Maths Teacher, you will teach secondary-aged students up to GCSE level, delivering engaging and accessible lessons that enable students to build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their academic goals.
You will work as part of a collaborative and supportive multidisciplinary team, with the time and flexibility to adapt teaching approaches and create positive learning experiences for every student.
What You’ll Be Doing*Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons up to GCSE level

*Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual learning, communication, and sensory needs

*Monitor progress and support students to achieve their full potential

What We’re Looking ForEssential
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – applications without QTS cannot be considered

*Experience teaching Maths at secondary level

*Confidence delivering GCSE Maths

*Strong classroom practice and behaviour management skills

*Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

*A patient, adaptable, and student-centred approach

*Due to rural location, access to own transport will be important
Desirable
*Experience within specialist education, SEND, or ASC provision

*Knowledge of EHCPs and differentiated teaching strategies

*Experience supporting students with social communication differences
