Full job descriptionWe’re currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an Electrical Engineer to join their team for a stand out role in Sunderland. Our client is offering a generous package, including High Voltage training, annual bonuses, and exposure to a state of the art Critical site.
For this role, you will ensure PPM and Reactive maintenance is carried out, liaise with subcontractors, represent the company in a positive manner, and ensure all compliance is adhered to. This role follows a 4on 4off shift pattern (Days and Nights).
Electrical Engineer Duties:
*PPMs & Reactive maintenance
*Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
*Quotations
*Health & Safety
*Logbooks
*Risk assessments
*Permits to work
Electrical Engineer Requirements:
*Fully qualified in either Electrical installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
*Career driven and motivated
*Prior experience in critical environments - desirable, not essential
*High voltage switching experience - desirable
*At least 3 years experience prior working in commercial environments
Electrical Engineer Salary and Benefits:
*£46,000 + Overtime available
*High Voltage Training provided + Additional £1.5k when passed)
*Continental shift pattern (days and nights)
*20 days annual leave entitlement
*Exposure to a large critical environment
