Hours: 18–20 hours per week
An established and growing business based in Hook is seeking a Part-Time Stock Controller to join its team. This is an office-based role offering flexibility around working hours, provided availability includes 11:00am–2:00pm Monday to Friday.
This opportunity would suit someone with stock control, inventory, administration, purchasing, or supply chain experience who is looking for a part-time position within a friendly and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Maintain accurate stock and inventory records
*Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies
*Update stock information on internal systems
*Liaise with internal departments regarding stock movements and availability
*Assist with inventory reporting and stock analysis
*Support purchasing and replenishment activities where required
*Ensure stock data remains accurate and up to date
*Provide general administrative support to the wider team
Skills & Experience
Essential:
*Previous administration experience
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
*Excellent organisational skills
*Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
Desirable:
*Stock control or inventory management experience
*Experience using stock management, ERP, or warehouse systems
*Previous experience within manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments
