Reed are delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation based in the West Malling area, who are seeking an ambitious and driven Accounts Assistant / Finance Assistant to join their team.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with early-stage finance experience who are keen to build and develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment.
The Role
You will be involved in a variety of transactional finance duties, including:
*Processing accounts payable and receivable
*Bank reconciliations
*Assisting with month-end procedures
*Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
*Supporting the wider finance team with ad hoc duties
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
*Have 1–3 years’ experience within a transactional finance role (Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar)
*Possess strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Have a proactive and positive attitude
*Be studying, or looking to begin, your AAT qualification (desirable)
