Full job descriptionWe are working with a growing law firm who are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (2-5 year’s PQE) to join their growing Employment team. This role will be handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.
Key Responsibilities
Advise predominantly employer clients across the full spectrum of employment law, including:
*Complex disciplinary and grievance matters
*Redundancy processes and reorganisations
*TUPE advice and business transfers
*Employment Tribunal claims
*Senior executive exits and negotiated settlements
*Drafting and advising on employment contracts, service agreements and staff handbooks
*HR advisory support for retained clients
*Advising on employee incentive arrangements and share schemes
Key Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years’ PQE in Employment law
*Strong experience advising employer clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters
*Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
*Commercially focused, solution-driven approach
