We’re looking for a Retail Showroom Advisor to join one of the UK’s most respected home interiors retailers. Based within a beautiful Brighton showroom, you’ll become a trusted guide for customers looking to create stylish, comfortable and inspiring living spaces.
This isn’t a high-pressure sales environment.
Instead, you’ll build relationships, understand customers’ projects and help them make confident decisions they’ll be delighted with for years to come.
The RoleEvery customer who walks through the door is working on a project that’s important to them.
A home renovation.
A dream bathroom.
A new-build property.
A carefully planned interior scheme.
Your role is to listen, understand their vision and help bring it to life.
You’ll welcome customers into the showroom, inspire them with product displays, answer questions, provide quotations and guide them through the purchasing journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
You’ll also work closely with homeowners, interior designers, architects and trade professionals, becoming a trusted point of contact throughout their project.
What You’ll Be Doing*Creating a warm and welcoming showroom experience
*Building genuine relationships with customers
*Understanding design preferences and project requirements
*Preparing quotations and product recommendations
*Managing enquiries via phone, email and in person
*Supporting customers throughout their buying journey
*Learning about products, materials and design applications
*Helping maintain the presentation and appearance of the showroom
*Working collaboratively with a passionate and supportive team

*Kitchen, bathroom or bedroom showrooms
*Furniture and homewares
*Luxury lifestyle brands
*Fashion retail
*Property or estate agency
*Customer-focused hospitality
Most importantly, you’ll enjoy helping people and have a natural eye for presentation, style and detail.
You’ll be someone who:

*Enjoys building rapport with customers
*Takes pride in delivering outstanding service
*Is naturally organised and detail focused
*Communicates confidently both face-to-face and in writing
*Enjoys learning new products and technical information
