Full job descriptionAs a Customer Success and Sales Advisor in the distribution and healthcare supply industry, you will support customers by providing exceptional service and driving sales. Description
*Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
*Allocate a significant portion of time (80%) to proactive outbound calling for retention, reactivation, and new business opportunities, this is a significant part of the role.
*Execute telesales campaigns to promote seasonal products, initiatives, and new product lines.
*Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during calls, quotes, and follow-up.
*Manage and grow a portfolio of smaller accounts with a consultative approach.
*Share customer insights, feedback, and improvement ideas with relevant teams.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
*Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
*Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
*Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to enhance sales performance.
*Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets within the retail environment.
*Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
*Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed advice to customers.
Profile
A successful Customer Success and Sales Advisor should have:
*Proven track record in sales, account management, or customer success - ideally in B2B or healthcare.
*Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and influence decisions.
*Skilled in managing sales pipelines, campaigns, and customer support cases.
*Competent in CRM and ticketing systems (e.g.,Creatio, Salesforce).
*Able to balance revenue targets with a customer-first mindset.
