TwoSix Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a successful and growing B2B business for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly team.
This is a varied role supporting customers and the sales team, ensuring enquiries, quotations, orders and updates are handled efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing• Managing customer enquiries by phone and email
• Preparing quotations and supporting the sales team
• Processing customer orders and updating systems
• Providing customer updates and follow-ups
• Liaising with suppliers and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate records and administration
What We’re Looking For• Previous administration, sales support or customer service experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good IT skills, including Outlook and CRM systems
• Positive, proactive approach and attention to detail
• B2B experience would be advantageous
