Key Responsibilities*Handling new motor claims from first notification through to settlement.
*Gathering detailed information from clients to assess liability and progress each case.
*Recording and managing claims using a bespoke claims management system.
*Managing your own caseload while supporting colleagues when required.
*Providing guidance and support to junior team members.
*Communicating with clients, insurers, solicitors and referrers to ensure smooth file progression.
*Maintaining an organised diary system to keep cases moving efficiently.
