We are looking for multiple Red Hat / Linux Administrators to join a team supporting day-to-day engineering infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Run & Maintenance (BAU):
*Maintain and optimise engineering systems
*Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation
*Support project delivery (design, planning, testing, rollout)
Operational Support & Ticketing:
*Manage incidents and service requests in an ITIL-based environment
*Collaborate with multiple IT teams and stakeholders
Engineering Support :
*Support hardware and software lifecycle management
*Provide technical guidance to engineering programmes
Infrastructure Implementation:
*May require design, provision, install, configure, and maintain infrastructure services
*May ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
Core skills:
*Strong experience with Red Hat Linux (RHEL)
*Knowledge of Ansible
*Excellent communication
*Documentation skills
*Ability to work effectively in a team environment
*Experience in Government is a plus
*Must be willing to go through SC security clearance
Location: 3 days mandatory onsite in Stevenage, otherwise Portsmouth
