Salary: Circa £50,000 + benefits
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Employment Type: Permanent, PAYE
We are recruiting an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer / Plumber to join a growing in-house maintenance team supporting a large residential property portfolio across London.
The role involves delivering day-to-day plumbing and gas maintenance, including reactive works, planned repairs and emergency call-outs within occupied residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
*Domestic plumbing repairs and installations (toilets, taps, pipework, bathrooms)
*Boiler breakdowns, servicing and boiler installations
*Emergency maintenance (leaks, bursts, heating failures)
*Completion of gas, warranty, benchmark and building regulation paperwork
*Supporting small refurbishments (bathrooms/kitchens)
*General maintenance and occasional basic multi-trade tasks when required
*Maintaining a professional and respectful approach in tenants’ homes
Essential Requirements:
*Gas Safe Registered
*CCN1 qualification (and relevant domestic appliance categories)
*Proven experience installing and replacing domestic boilers
*All gas qualifications fully in date
*Strong domestic plumbing experience
*DBS check required
*Full UK driving licence
*Willingness to travel across London
*Flexible, reliable and proactive "can-do" attitude
