Day-to-day of the role:
*Engage with customers who have expressed interest in Private Medical Insurance, understanding their needs to recommend suitable solutions.
*Utilise a consultative sales approach to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
*Work within a dynamic team environment to meet and exceed sales targets.
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market and products to provide accurate information to customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in sales, particularly in roles such as telephone sales, insurance sales, telesales, broker environments, or financial services sales.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
*Target-driven with a track record of achieving sales goals.
*Experience in a consultative sales role is highly advantageous.
