Job Description:
Full job descriptionAJ Chambers are pleased to be partnered with a legal organisation ranked within the legal 500 who are currently recruiting for a Employment Associate to Join their Employment team due to growth.
Main Duties:
*The work is interesting; there is minimal corporate support or international project work
*You will learn new skills and about new areas of law because we are curious and willing to do a typical things for employment lawyers
*You have a genuine influence on the direction of the firm and the decisions that affect your daily life through the firm-wide strategy process, employee representatives and regular team meetings to which anyone in the firm can (and do) add agenda items
Key Requirements:
*2-4 years PQE Employment Law experience
*Really bright with good academics
*Excellent communication skills
*Who can adapt to different client’s needs and empathise with their difficult situations
*Self-aware and conscientious
*A good team player
