An international professional services firm is seeking an experienced Senior Legal PA / Executive Assistant to support 2 Partners within a busy, high-performing team.
This is a billing-heavy role, making it ideal for candidates with strong billing experience who enjoy financial management responsibilities alongside traditional PA support.
Key Responsibilities:
*Extensive billing support, including WIP management, invoice preparation and liaison with finance teams
*Proactive practice management and partner support
*Complex diary, meeting and international travel coordination
*Inbox and communication management, acting as a key client contact
*Preparation of documents, presentations, pitches and client materials
*Business development and marketing support, including research and event coordination
*Managing competing priorities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
About You:
*Significant Senior PA / Executive Assistant experience, ideally within legal or professional services
*Strong billing experience and genuine interest in financial management
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
*Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Word, PowerPoint and Excel
*Able to work proactively, manage deadlines and build strong stakeholder relationships
