Green Barks Search is delighted to be partnering with a successful and growing business to recruit a hands-on Finance Manager.
Reporting to the Managing Director and General Manager, the Finance Manager will take ownership of the finance function while remaining actively involved in the day-to-day running of the department. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to influence business decisions, improve financial processes and support the continued growth of the organisation.
Responsibilities include producing monthly management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, financial reporting, overseeing transactional finance, ensuring statutory compliance and maintaining strong financial controls. You’ll also play a key role in developing processes and making the most of Xero, so previous experience with the system is essential.
We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager, Management Accountant or similar finance professional from an SME environment with strong commercial awareness, excellent analytical skills and the confidence to work independently. A recognised accounting qualification (or equivalent experience), advanced Excel skills and a proactive approach are all important.
