I am working with a well-established, independently owned Sales & Lettings agent that has built an outstanding reputation through exceptional customer service, expert local knowledge, and a people-first approach, having offices based in, and around the Reading area.
We’re working with a highly successful and growing estate agency that is looking to add an ambitious and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to its team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven property professional who enjoys building relationships, generating business, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, matching buyers to suitable properties, winning new instructions, and negotiating successful sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
*Generate new business opportunities and maximise every potential lead.
*Conduct market appraisals and secure new property instructions.
*Match applicants with suitable properties and manage the sales process effectively.
*Arrange and conduct property viewings, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
*Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best possible outcomes.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, purchasers, investors, and other key contacts.
*Consistently achieve and exceed individual and branch performance targets.
*Represent the business professionally within the local property market and community.
About You
We’re looking for an ambitious and highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience within residential property sales, ideally at Senior Negotiator level.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
*Strong negotiation abilities and a proven track record of achieving results.
*A proactive approach to generating business and winning instructions.
*Good knowledge of the local property market and current industry trends.
*The ability to prioritise workloads and perform effectively under pressure.
*A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
*A full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
