Full job descriptionMarket 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for Window Fabricators on behalf of our client based in Great Baddow on a temporary to permanent basis.
The successful candidates will be responsible for operating machinery, assisting with production duties, using hand tools and other manufacturing duties.
Roles & Responsibilities:
*Fabrication of uPVC and/or aluminium windows and doors
*Operating machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
*Reading and working from technical specifications
*Conducting quality checks throughout the fabrication process
*Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
*Working to production targets while ensuring high standards of workmanship
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Previous experience in window fabrication
*Good attention to detail and quality standards
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*A positive attitude and strong work ethic
*Good timekeeping and reliability
Working hours are Monday – Friday 7:30 – 4:30pm
