Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal to join a well-established and reputable legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid conveyancing experience to support on a varied caseload of commercial property matters within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. This role can consider candidates from either a residential or commercial background.
Key Responsibilities
*Assisting fee earners with a broad range of commercial conveyancing transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and refinancing
*Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, leases, and reports on title
*Conducting property searches, Land Registry applications, and title checks
*Managing due diligence processes and collating relevant documentation
*Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other third parties
*Supporting file management from instruction through to completion
*Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
About You
*Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and property law
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
*Confident communicator with strong client care skills
*Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
