£28.00-£32.00 per hour
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA who is looking to use their German language skills to provide support to a busy team, working for a global investment bank in central London. The team is seeking a fluent German speaker, who can communicate both written and oral at business level. This is a very busy role, supporting at Global Head level with some MD’s so the successful EA will preferably have experience within financial services, and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working under pressure and enjoys providing seamless support to senior stakeholders.
What you’ll do:
*Extensive and complex diary management across multiple time zones
*Coordinating high-volume meetings and scheduling requests
*Managing ever-changing calendars and priorities
*Supporting a Head of and a number of Managing Directors
*Arranging international travel itineraries
*Processing expenses and assisting with administrative tasks
*Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
*Preparing meeting materials and supporting team projects as required
What you’ll need:
*Fluent German and English language skills (written and oral)
*Proven Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
*Previous experience within investment banking, financial services, private equity, asset management, or a similar finance environment is preferred
*Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
*Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace
*Professional, proactive and highly confidential approach
*Available to start in July 2026
