Full job descriptionThe Temporary iTrent Hr Administrator will support the organisation by managing and maintaining the iTrent HR system to ensure accurate and efficient Payroll and Pensions data processing. This temporary role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR systems administration and a keen eye for detail.

Description
*Manage and maintain the iTrent HR system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
*Process HR data, including employee pay change requests
*Process Payroll and Pension information to assist the Payroll Manager in supplying information to the outsourced Payroll provider.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure the system supports organisational needs.
*Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organisational policies.
Profile
A successful Temporary iTrent HR Administrator should have:
*Experience in using and managing the iTrent HR system.
*Knowledge of payroll and pensions administration.
*Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data processing.
*Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance requirements.
*Strong communication skills
