Your responsibilities as In-House Counsel
*Provide commercially focused legal advice across a wide range of business activities
*Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, supplier contracts and business terms
*Support compliance with consumer, financial services and data protection regulations
*Assist with disputes, complaints and wider legal risk management activities
*Provide legal support on acquisitions, restructures and strategic business projects
*Help strengthen governance frameworks, policies and legal best practice across the organisation
What we’re looking for in an In-House Counsel
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or equivalent legal qualification
*Previous experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
*Strong knowledge of commercial law and regulatory compliance requirements
*Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple business functions
*Ability to provide practical legal advice in a commercial environment

Working hours – Full-time, primarily office-based with occasional travel
