Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe’re recruiting for a commercially focused Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key customer accounts. You’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, driving commercial performance, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage and develop key customer relationships
*Lead customer meetings and account reviews
*Deliver revenue and margin targets
*Identify, manage, and convert commercial opportunities and tenders
*Present commercial proposals and new product opportunities
*Coordinate internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
*Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting
Requirements:
*Previous Account Management or Key Account Management experience
*Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
*Experience managing customer accounts and delivering sales growth
*Excellent communication and organisational abilities
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
