Leeds | Hybrid Working (2 Days Per Week) | Immediate Start£55,000 - £60,000
Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a Leeds-based employer as they look to appoint a Finance Business Partner on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.
This opportunity would suit a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, providing meaningful analysis and supporting business performance through high-quality financial insight.
Key Responsibilities*Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial support, analysis and challenge
*Deliver budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
*Produce accurate and insightful management information to support decision making
*Develop financial models and analysis to evaluate opportunities and support business initiatives
*Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities
*Support business cases and track performance against agreed objectives
*Present findings and recommendations to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
*Drive improvements to reporting processes and management information
About You*Previous experience in a Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or commercial finance role
*Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
*Experience using Power BI or similar reporting tools
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Ability to influence and challenge constructively
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
