We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Painter & Decorator to support maintenance works within a school setting during the summer holiday period. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible work over the summer in a friendly and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Carrying out internal painting and decorating across classrooms, corridors, and communal areas
*Preparing surfaces including sanding, filling, and priming
*Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
*Adhering to health & safety guidelines at all times, particularly within a school setting
Requirements
*Previous experience in painting and decorating
*Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
*Reliable, punctual, and conscientious
*Basic knowledge of health & safety practices
*Enhanced DBS preferred or willingness to obtain (due to school environment)
