Location: High Wycombe - Hybrid

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and qualified Finance Manager to join a growing and fast-paced business. This is a hands-on role offering broad responsibility across financial reporting, compliance, process improvement and business partnering.
You will take ownership of the month-end and year-end close, lead the audit process, and work closely with stakeholders across the business to support commercial and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage the month-end and annual financial close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
*Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for senior leadership.
*Complete balance sheet reconciliations and oversee intercompany allocations.
*Act as the main point of contact for external auditors and coordinate the annual audit process.
*Oversee VAT returns and corporate tax compliance, working alongside external tax advisors.
*Manage and improve the aged debt collection process.
*Identify opportunities to improve finance processes through automation and system enhancements.
*Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial support across the business.
*Assist with day-to-day transactional finance activities when required.
About You
You will be a proactive and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is keen to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements
*Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
*Minimum of three years’ post-qualified experience (PQE).
*Strong financial accounting and reporting experience with a solid understanding of FRS 102.
*Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyse and simplify complex financial data.
*Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
*Able to prioritise effectively and adapt within a fast-paced environment.
Desirable
*Practice trained
*Experience within IT, technology, cyber security, consultancy or a similar professional services environment.
*Knowledge of Xero and Syft.
