Salary: £40,000 + Shift Allowance Potential
Shift: 4 on / 4 off (Mornings & Lates)

The Role
*Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on production equipment
*Fault finding on electrical systems, with some mechanical work involved
*Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
*Working collaboratively within a small, skilled engineering team
*Ensuring minimal downtime and maximum equipment efficiency
About You
*Electrically biased engineer with strong fault-finding skills
*18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
*Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
*Able to work effectively on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (mornings & lates)
*Proactive, reliable and keen to get stuck in
