A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join its successful Property team based in East London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor looking to further develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm, handling a high-quality caseload with genuine opportunities for long-term progression.
The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
*Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
*Landlord and tenant matters
*Commercial leases and lease renewals
*Property development transactions
*Refinancing and secured lending matters
*Portfolio management work
*Alongside other commercial property matters
Alongside your own caseload, you will also:
*Provide support and guidance to junior members of the team
*Develop and maintain strong client relationships
*Play an active role in business development and networking activities
*Contribute to the continued growth and success of the department
The Ideal Candidate
You will be:
*A Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
*Technically strong with experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters
*Confident managing files independently from instruction through to completion
*Commercially minded with strong business development skills
*An excellent communicator with outstanding client-care abilities
*Proactive, organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
