Full job descriptionPersonal Assistant to Customer Service Director
£35,000 - £40,000 | Hybrid | Permanent
This is a rare opportunity to work at board level within a highly regarded, market-leading organisation. You’ll be the right hand to a Customer Service Director, sitting at the centre of a fast-moving, high-profile function where your contribution genuinely shapes how the director operates. The Role
*Managing complex diaries, travel and logistics
*Acting as first point of contact for correspondence and queries
*Planning and coordinating key meetings and events, including budget and venue management
*Supporting Board and Committee activity, including Non-Executive Director liaison
*Preparing high-quality documents, presentations and meeting materials
*Maintaining compliant filing systems and supporting onboarding activity
About You
*Proven PA experience at Director or Board level
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Discreet, professional and confident working independently
*Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
*Experienced in event coordination and logistics
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
