Are you available for temporary work and able to offer flexible availability?
We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established professional services organisation based in Liverpool city centre. They require reception cover over the coming months, with opportunities ranging from odd days to full-time hours. Flexibility is essential.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing inbound calls and directing them to the appropriate departments
*Handling email correspondence
*Sorting and distributing post
*Welcoming visitors and notifying relevant staff of their arrival
*Booking and preparing meeting rooms
*Providing general administrative support as required
We’re looking for candidates who are available immediately and able to attend a full training day. This is initially short-term holiday cover, however, there may be ongoing ad hoc shifts throughout the year – ideal for someone seeking flexible temporary work.
Pay rate: £12.91 per hour plus holiday pay
Liverpool city centre based, fully onsite, office opening hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
