THE SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER ROLE
As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. Working within an experienced engineering team, you’ll contribute across the full software development lifecycle whilst helping to shape technical decisions and mentor other developers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and delivering robust, scalable software.
SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER - ESSENTIAL SKILLS
*Commercial experience as a Software Engineer
*Strong knowledge of modern software development principles
*Experience developing scalable applications
*Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
*Experience working within Agile environment
*Comfortable mentoring and supporting other engineers
*Happy working 3-5 days per week on-site in Lincoln
*UK citizens
